Group sessions often include structured activities designed to facilitate interaction   and skill development. These may include games, roleplays and exercises that target     specific social skills and behaviors. 

Activities such as starting a conversation with a new person, sharing in a group setting, taking turns, making new friends, improving eye contact, understanding body language helps in improving social skills
